Inclusion as Infrastructure
TL;DR: Neuroinclusion Widens Participation and Strengthens Results
Neuroinclusion is realized when you know what to change and your people can carry it forward. That's why we help in two ways:
-
Consulting -- We assess where you stand and give you a prioritized plan to act on across your programs, events, technology, and teams.
-
Training -- We equip your people to design and facilitate neuroinclusive learning, events, and teaming impacting their work and your contitutents' experience.

Designing for Every Brain, By Right
Neuroinclusion starts with a shift: from waiting for someone to disclose a need to designing so they don't have to.
We ground this work in international human rights frameworks, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. These frameworks treat access to learning and participation as a right, not a courtesy. That framing travels across borders and sectors, giving your organization a shared standard whether your members and attendees are down the street or across the globe.
Barriers live in design, not in people. When learning experiences, events, and teams are designed with neurodivergent brains in mind from the start, everyone benefits. Focus improves. Engagement rises. Your programs work for the full range of people your organization actually serves. That is where inclusion becomes a competitive advantage, strengthening the results of the programs and services you deliver.
Tracy King, MA, CAE, founded InspirEd twelve years ago to help associations build learning that performs. Three years ago, that work expanded into a dedicated neuroinclusion practice, informed by Tracy's own autistic experience and grounded in credentialed research and training. Today, neuroinclusion shapes how InspirEd approaches consulting, training, and experience design.
Neuroinclusion Consulting
Consulting engagements that help you assess where you stand and put a clear plan in place.
Neuroinclusive Teaming
This structured engagement helps your team operate with more clarity and less friction, with neuroinclusion built into how you work, rather than when challenges arise.
-
Assessment: A survey and a kickoff consult call to understand where your team stands today and what is getting in the way.
-
Training: Tracy delivers our Teams training to build a shared foundation for belonging and support.
-
Facilitation: We work with your teams on process and systems refinements, with change management support as new ways of working take hold.
-
Touchpoint: Six months after we wrap, we check back in together to see how it's going.
Neuroinclusive Education
Your professional development programs were built to develop expertise, and you want them to work for every professional who enrolls. Tracy applies a neuroinclusion lens across the full program lifecycle, from a single flagship program to a certificate track or your wider education portfolio.
We look at the decisions that shape whether learners can engage and apply what they learn, across:
-
Speakers and Format -- how you select and prepare presenters, and how to ensure the delivery format is accessibile and neuroinclusive.
-
Interactions and Materials -- how learners engaged during the program, and whether slides, handouts, and activities support a range of brains.
-
Facilitation -- how sessions are led, and where facilitation can widen participation.
-
Evaluation -- how you measure success, and whether your methods capture the full range of learner experience.
You walk away with a prioritized set of recommendations and the implementation support to put them into practice. We set the scope together at the start, based on the program you want to strengthen first.
Neuroinclusive Events
Bring fresh eyes to your signature event. Over three virtually facilitated weeks, Tracy evaluates what is working, surfaces opportunities, and builds a prioritized neuroinclusion plan your team can run with.
-
Align -- We assess your event against our neuroinclusive event standards to generate insights.
-
Activate -- We identify opportunities and design strategic recommendations.
-
Elevate -- We deliver a suite of resources and an action plan your team can run with.
Neuroinclusive EdTech
If you build customer-facing education or event technology, such as learning management systems or event apps, a neuroinclusion lens can set your product apart. Tracy advises your team on where neuroinclusion fits in your feature set and how that perspective shapes your roadmap, so you become a stronger partner to the organizations you serve, distinguish your product in your market, and support the learners and attendees who use it every day.
Engagements are scoped to your product and the questions you're weighing to ensure right fit for the greatest immediate impact. This is strategic and product advisory consulting. It is not a technical accessibility audit or conformance certification.
Neuroinclusion Training
Live, in-person training that equips your people to put neuroinclusion into practice in their own work.
Neuroinclusive Teams
Build belonging, practical support strategies, and process and operations upgrades that help your team run with more clarity and less friction. Looking for a deeper, sustained engagement? See Neuroinclusive Teaming Consulting above.
Neuroinclusive Onsite Event Staff
Prepare your event team and onsite staff to design and host a welcoming, sensory-conscious environment where every attendee can fully participate.
Neuroinclusive Speaker Training
Tracy helps your presenters move from talks to learning facilitation that connects with diverse audiences and leaves a lasting impact.
Neuroinclusive Member Services
A companion to Team training, helping associations rethink how they communicate with members and how they structure volunteer, committee, and board pathways, so neuroinclusion reaches every level of participation.
