The CREATE (Commercial Real Estate Alliance for Tomorrow’s Employees) Foundation has worked in the San Francisco Bay Area to deliver workforce development programs to bridge the commercial real estate industry’s talent gap.  Our college-level training program needed to be re-tooled for a better student learning experience and for more effective transfer of knowledge.

We engaged Tracy and her team to transform our program content into an interactive experience between students and teachers/mentors.  InspirEd delivered a new course outline, updated and refined session materials, and produced a new facilitator’s guide.  The facilitator training Tracy conducted provided a comprehensive overview and kick-off to the new format.  New trainer/facilitators were excited about the new material and prepared for the class sessions to start in the fall.

Tracy and her team worked very well with our subject matter experts and met all the deadlines.  We look forward to working with InspirEd on more projects to develop the San Francisco Bay Area’s commercial real estate workforce.
