The continuing education market is competitive. At InspirEd, we know what differentiates education programs and fosters learner loyalty. InspirEd primarily serves professional associations who offer adult education in a variety of forms including conferences, workshops, in-person courses, licensed training, webinars, eLearning, microLearning, and virtual seminars. We specialize in competency-based learning and digital learning solutions. A majority of our programs are accredited for continuing education.

We are a learning organization. Designers receive coaching and feedback on each project -- developing ID competencies and applying learning science best practices to challenging project work.

Current Openings

Instructional Designer

Our Instructional Designers design meaningful, memorable and measurable learning for InspirEd clients. Our IDs are prepared to design content for a variety of industries in a variety of formats (classroom and online), working with SMEs remotely. Our IDs map the big picture learning design, execute on detail, and provide great customer service.

Minimum of five years instructional design experience for adult workforce learning. Experience with Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline required.

Degree and/or credentials in instructional design or related discipline preferred.

This is a contract position. InspirEd Instructional Designers are independent incorporated contractors who assume responsibility for their own taxes and reporting.
