Master Learning for Learning Leaders
Maximize Your Momentum & Renew Your Charge
Lead From Your Point of Strength
The demands of the industries we serve require continuous learning - our own.
But it's challenging to find master level learning and networking for learning leaders. No more surface-level-sessions, we're talking about Problem-Solution Deep Dives -- fleshing out top-of-mind challenges we're facing, exploring frameworks for tackling the complexities, and prototyping solutions to bring back to our organizations. Participants will experience facilitation methods they can use in their work with stakeholders and teams.
Because of the depth and personalization, we can only invite 12 guests to participate.
What you can expect
Learning that challenges our assumptions, reveals blindspots, and results in solutions
Leadership capacity and resiliency practices to renew our charge for our roles
Aha moments around every corner - some you may use in your own transformational programming!
Why A Retreat?
What does it mean to go on retreat? Is this vacation with a little session sprinkle on top? Actually, no. Retreat is purposeful pause. It’s stepping outside of the grind to recharge and return with greater capacity, resiliency, inspiration, and solutions for your what’s next.
Leaders are vulnerable to stress, and depleted, burned out leaders operating in survival mode cannot give their organization their best. Retreat offers a reset, getting clear about our future focus alongside practices that inspire us to lead with intention within our high stakes high stress roles. This is how we build capacity and level up our resilience.
The Ascent experience integrates four WellBeing Pillars introducing micro practices leaders can implement in their daily routine.
Brain: Intensity & insight challenging us to reach
Body: Nourishment to stall the cortisol
Balance: Leader mindset & integration
Belong: A network who gets it & sharpens you
