Ascent Learning Leaders Retreat is designed for leaders serving their organizations overseeing continuing education and/or events. We expect most of you will be association leaders with titles like CLO, VP, Director or equivalent. Others of you may work for corporations who deliver training internally or to external stakeholders and customers. At this time, industry partners and consultants are not eligible. But be on the lookout for events in the future where we will mix, mingle, and co-create together.

Because we'll be staying in one massive house, this will be a women/womxn only event. If you have questions about that, chat me up.

All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet our eligibility policies. InspirEd reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation. 

Consent Clause

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the Ascent Learning Leaders Retreat and other InspirEd activities constitutes agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio recordings of such events. 

Also: This venue is not a handicap accessible facility. Participants will be expected to navigate staircases between bedrooms and meeting spaces. 

A few additional notices from our venue: Pets, smoking, firearms, and illegal substances are prohibited.

Payment Policy

Event registration includes a group coach airport transfer. Participants must arrive at the MSP airport (Lindbergh Terminal 1) within the pick up window. Which means its advisable to book your flights so you don't miss your ride.

May 18: Arrive in Minneapolis no later than 2:00 PM to catch your 2:30 PM coach departure.

May 21: Book your return flight after noon central to ensure enough time for your coach transfer, security, and locating your gate.

Q: What if I arrive earlier than 2:00 PM on the 18th?

A: My friend, have you been to MSP? It's full of great shopping, delicious restaurants (many of our local faves have an airport location to share the love with our visitors!), and loads of work-and-charge areas (some even have tablet kiosks where you can have good and drinks brought right to you). You won't be bored. 

Also important to note: Forms received without payment will not be processed. That means you have not reserved your spot. Be sure to complete the transaction to ensure you're in. 


You'll receive a receipt to the email used in conjunction with your credit card transaction. Then watch your inbox for a series of emails about what to expect, what to bring, our agenda overview and possibly some surprises (shhh!).

Cancellations and Refunds

All registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by February 28, 2020. A refund of all fees, minus a $150 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. Submit requests to

We regret that refunds will not be given for no-shows. We don't guarantee registration transfer requests will be approved (we'll consider on a case-by-case basis). Funds from this program cannot be transferred to another program.
